Our Charges


 Our value for money arts workshop and activities costs

 

Delivering to groups of of 20 + per artist (can work with class sized groups for schools)

 

  • Full Day Workshop (£315.00 per artist/ practitioner) - this would normally consist of 2hrs on floor time in the morning and 2hrs in the afternoon (4hrs or more).
     
  • Half Day Workshop (£195.00 per artist / practitioner) - this most typical length workshop would normally consist 2hrs hours/on floor time in the morning or the afternoon.
     
  • Taster session - The minimum length of a workshop or creative arts training session is two hours, but we do offer 1hr taster sessions (£130.00) in selected fields only.
     
  • There's normally a small 4% administration fee with all our commissions (& travel subsidy and/or material costs where necessary). Please call us or contact us through our booking form for a no-obligation quote!

Nugent Education Limited offers value for money workshops and activities. Full day workshops are more cost effective as artists’ can then deliver up to four one hour workshops to separate groups.

We offer great value for money with workshops and activities that cover a wide-variety of specifications, length of programme, number of Artists required, and aims and objectives! So prices sometimes vary accordingly. We are, however, not inflexible pricing up for larger projects!

 

Workshops may run from a one off workshop, to a full six or twelve week programme (for example).

 

AND YES: We do provide workshops in throughout the year in the evenings, weekends and bank-holidays, so why not give it a go? Also, we will not charge for waiting time between sessions. Some Artists do require travelling expenses, which are subject to a scale of charges, made clear at the time of booking. For individual and group sessions, our charges may also vary slightly.
 
The company does its best to ensure that all our activities are monitored and evaluated. Reflective practice leads to continual improvement. In all, great value for money, first class provision.

We take customer service very seriously and we will respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

 

Contractual Obligations

•We ask that artists we send to a given workshop or events are not approached as individuals for further work, but this is done by contacting Nugent Education Limited. The artists are also contractually obligated not to market their services individually!

•On confirmation of the booking, artists will be booked and materials purchased before commencement. In the event of a cancellation, materials purchased are to be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy


•Cancellations by customers made more than 1 month before a workshop commencement will not incur cancellation charges.
•Cancellations within three weeks of the course or workshop commencement will incur a refund of a 50% cancellation fee, two weeks 75% and 1 week will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
•In the event that a customer cancels a booking for which a transfer has taken place, this will incur a minimum 50% cancellation fee.
