Nugent Education designed and delivered an interactive play, song and series of workshops, for Key Stage 2 pupils, on the topic of social inclusion. The project was delivered in 26 schools across the North West. “Nugent Education has proved them-selves to be reliable and very professional. The play was a huge success, fulfilling all objectives and aimed at exactly the right level for the age of the children. This was done on limited resources and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. 1. Children’s ability to identify a social exclusion situation had increased by 54%. Children were quicker in identifying an instance of social exclusion and they were much likely to empathise with the excluded child after participating in the project.” – Kerry Hosken (Jan. 2007) OTHER PROJECTS INCLUDE: MEDIA ARTS WEEK @Rainhill High School “The Nugent Education team were wholly professional and made an outstanding contributionto the success of our event”– Stuart Kingston (July 2006) – Head of Media - Rainhill High School Media Arts College RAP AGAINST RACISM DVD: - In partnership with Knowsley Arts Service and BowringHigh School.
